The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon displays complex aromas of black currant, green peppercorn, and smoky oak. It is comprised of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, which is softened by 7% Merlot and deepened by an infusion of Petit Verdot. It displays a beautiful balance of fruit and tannin, making it easy to enjoy on its own and as an accompaniment to your favorite meal.
