2016 Dolcetto
The 2016 Dolcetto is an entertainer’s wine. It is fantastic for drinking on its own yet pairs easily with a wide variety of dishes. The nose is fresh with violets, almonds, and caramel. It is complex on the palate with flavors of raspberry, cherry, cedar, and flirty notes of carob. It is true to varietal with appealing fruit, ample tannins, and low acidity.
